Reserve your live, whole lamb from PT Ranch’s spring harvest. Our Dorper lambs are raised open-pasture, grass-fed without antibiotics or hormones. Dorper lambs are known for their mild, tender flavor and beautiful marbling, perfect for chops, roasts and ground.
This is a live animal purchase. Ownership transfers prior to purchase, PT Ranch will coordinate delivery to our local processor and assist you in selecting your custom cuts and wrapping.
Pricing: $9.50 per lb hanging weight. Expect approximately 30-40 lbs.
Deposit: $100. Remaining balance due after hanging weight is confirmed
Processing: $100 fee paid to processor at time of pick up
